Lost the link?
Every document lives at a private link that was emailed when it was delivered. Give the address you ordered with and the links go back to it.
If that address has documents, they are on their way. Give it a minute, and check the folder your filters send things to. If nothing arrives, the address is not the one that ordered; try the other one, or write to [email protected].
Nothing here says whether an address is a customer's. The reply is the same either way, and the links only ever go to the address that paid.
